Suspects arrested in Troy Quadruple homicide plead not guilty to murder charges

Myers has been described as an outgoing mom who was endlessly devoted to her two children.

"My sister was supposed to be with me and her children, all three of them, for Christmas, and I got robbed of that", said Shakera Symes.

Myers' son, Isaiah Smith, was away when he heard what happened to his mother, brother and sister - and said he feared for his own life.

"We feel that someone who commits a crime of this magnitude is capable of anything, but we do not believe it was a random act", Tedesco said.
