We're starting off our Wednesday on a dangerously cold note, and the frigid temperatures aren't going away anytime soon!
Temperatures have to moderate a bit next week, and we may get a better shot at some snow or a wintry mix by about Thursday. 15 is the forecast high with feel like temperatures in the single digits.Later on tonight clouds thin out and temperatures drop fast with lows bottoming out at 2° with feel like temperatures ranging from 5-15 below 0°.
Temperatures will drop down to the 20s and 10s through Wednesday morning. Wind chill values will make many locations feel like the teens in many spots tomorrow. Then our next cold front arrives and takes us down even further with highs only in the 30s this weekend! As of right now, the time frame for some snow to push through is late Saturday into Sunday morning. By the late evening hours Friday, a disturbance will slide through (mainly to our north) bringing an scattered snow chance to the region Friday night and into Saturday.
