This week on Monday Night Raw, Raw commissioner Stephanie McMahon made a major announcement that will change the way we see Women's wrestling forever.
McMahon appeared during the six-woman tag team match after it devolved into a brawl and announced that WWE would be making history with the first-ever Women's Rumble.
Ever since the Women's Revolution happened on "Raw" in 2015, female superstars have been taking WWE by storm and revolutionized the wrestling industry. Paige carried her NXT Women's Title until jumping right to the main roster where she defeated AJ Lee for the WWE Diva's Championship on the night after WrestleMania XXX.
The month starts on January 4th with New Japan Pro Wrestling's huge Wrestle Kingdom card (Okada vs Naito and Omega vs Jericho fuck me all the way up god damn), and ends towards the end of the calendar month with the WWE's always chaotic, fan favourite Royal Rumble event.
