Sarah Palin called Wasilla Police to her family's home after an altercation between her husband, Todd, and her eldest son, Track.

The 28-year-old was arraigned Sunday morning after his arrest in Wasilla, where his mother served as mayor before running alongside Sen.

Todd Palin said he told Track Palin not to come but that his son said he would come anyway to beat him up.

Track Palin, shown with Willow and Trig Palin in 2008, was arrested Saturday after authorities said he violently attacked his father, Todd.

Police arrived at the house and Track Palin eventually surrendered, but not before calling the officers "peasants", the report said.

Congress may oppose triple talaq bill
The law making instant triple talaq illegal will be applicable everywhere across India, with the exception of Jammu and Kashmir. The draft law was sent to states for their views on December 1 and they were asked to reply by December 10.

Track Palin, the oldest son of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, was arrested Saturday in Alaska on charges of domestic violence.

This is Track's second domestic violence arrest in the past two years. He remained held at the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer, Alaska, as of Sunday afternoon.

Track Palin sits with Willow Palin while holding Trig Palin on day three of the Republican National Convention on September 3, 2008 in St. Paul, Minnesota. At the time, he was charged with a slew of misdemeanors, including interfering with the report of a domestic violence, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and assault.According to reports, Palin was suspected of punching his girlfriend and threatening suicide in that incident.

The Army veteran is now serving two years of probation stemming from a January 2016 domestic violence arrest at the family home, in which he was accused of assaulting his girlfriend and threatening her with a firearm.
