The Israel Air Force struck strategic targets near the Syrian capital of Damascus overnight Friday, according to reports in Arab media. So far, however, the target of this reported attack is still unclear.
There has been no official confirmation of fatalities by either Syrian or Iranian authorities.
The Israeli entity is closely linked to the terrorist organizations in Syria.
Unspecified "material losses" were reported in the area, the news agency said, adding that an Israeli military spokeswoman declined to comment.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has previously warned that Israel would not allow Iran to establish any military presence in Syria.
"Let me reiterate Israel's policy: We will not allow a regime hell-bent on the annihilation of the Jewish state to acquire nuclear weapons".
"We will not allow that regime to entrench itself militarily in Syria, as it seeks to do, for the expressed goal of eradicating our state", Netanyahu said.
Sources told Al Jazeera that the Israeli raid was aimed at government military sites and positions of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement and that the sound of large explosions caused by the raid was heard in Damascus and its surroundings.
