Glee's Naya Rivera Arrested, Charged with Domestic Battery Against Husband

Naya Rivera, best known for her role in "Glee", has been charged with domestic battery in West Virginia.

Rivera, 30, reportedly attacked her husband as they took their son for a walk on Saturday in West Virginia.

The couple was in WV to spend Thanksgiving weekend with Ryan's family.

Rivera was arraigned early Sunday morning before being released on a personal recognisance bond.

According to reports, police were called to a Chesapeake home over a domestic situation. He then gave police a cell phone video that allegedly shows him being hit by Rivera.

According to the sheriff's report, Deputy T. Dubiel saw "minor injuries consistent with" Dorsey's statement. Deputies told WSAZ Rivera's father-in-law picked her up from the courthouse.

Rivera and Dorsey have a long history together. Dorsey claimed to the responding deputy that Rivera struck him in the head and face. "They want to make it work for the sake of their son". Rivera filed for divorce from Dorsey in November 2016, before calling it off last month, The Hollywood Reporter.

The actress, who played Santana Lopez in the hit ABC show Glee, recently called off her divorce to Dorsey, who she married in 2014.
