Jim Harbaugh's talking points after MI loss to Penn State

Penn State redshirt junior QB Trace McSorley ran for three scores and 76 yards and passed for 282 yards and another score in a 42-13 route of MI on Saturday. MI can't. The Nittany Lions had eight plays of 20 yards or more, including three on the first two drives that helped Penn State jump out to a quick 14-0 lead.

No. 2 Penn State beat No. 19 MI 42-13in the "White Out" at Beaver Stadium on Saturday in a Big Ten showdown that lived up to the hype. McSorley sparked the march with a 23-yard run and a 35-yard completion to leaping tight end Mike Gesicki to put the ball on the Wolverines 15.

Since that defeat last September, Penn State has not lost a regular-season game. Barkley followed with a 15-yard touchdown, and within five minutes, the Lions had scored more points than they did in the 2016 MI game. MI had not allowed more than 278 yards of offense all season, and Penn State had 300 yards at halftime and 506 yards at the end of the game.

There are still two more games remaining in this yawning stretch of season for the Nittany Lions, and next week at Ohio State, far from the whiteout crowd that carried them through Saturday night, may prove to be the toughest of all.

Michigan's second touchdown drive began after the visitors stopped Penn State on fourth down and took over at their 33.

Resident Evil Revelations For Nintendo Switch Adds Exclusive Minigames
This latest in a long list of ports is adding brand new minigames in both entries, inspired by the arcade games from the 80s. The second minigame, titled Ghouls n Homunculi , will have Barry Burton exploring a haunted island and defeat enemies.

Barkley scored two touchdowns in the first five minutes to regain some Heisman Trophy momentum, and his good hands to haul in a bobbled reception for a score made up for an early job that likely cost Penn State some points when the game was still in some doubt. Penn State's next game, in fact, is at Ohio State.

Penn State extended its lead in the third quarter on McSorley's 3-yard run, a score set up on three cmompletions totaling 46 yards to Hamilton.

But for a team that is not far removed from an era of struggle and scandal, a blowout win over Michigan-one year after it was blown out by MI itself-is yet another step toward both a Big 10 championship and a potential berth in the College Football Playoff.

This Big Ten East race is just heating up. Ohio State defeated MI by a similar 42-13 score in 2015.
