Taking a dig at the absence of BJP president Amit Shah, who was scheduled to join the march from Mambaram to Thalassery here on Thursday, CPI (M) district secretary P. Jayarajan said the yatra had become a deflated balloon after Mr. Shah made a decision to skip the event.
